Healthy Greek Layer Dip


On Sundays we always make nachos and different types of dips.  I had just made a Costco run the day before so I had there Sabra Tzatziki Cucumber Dill Greek Yogurt Dip and Sabra Hummus.  I just started adding layers with what I have in the refrigerator.   This turned out so tasty and the boys loved it too!  You can change the recipe up and add whatever you have on hand.    This is a Greek version of the Mexican layer dip.  You can serve it with chips for an appetizer or snack.

Greek Layer Dip


1-10 ounce container of hummus, your favorite flavor
1/2 C Tzatziki cucumber dill
1 red pepper, diced
1/2 C dice, seeded cucumber
1/3 C crumbled feta cheese
1/4 C Black slices olives
Pita chips, carrots, broccoli, sliced bell peppers, or crackers for serving.


Spread the hummus and a smooth layer in the bottom of an 8 x 8″ square baking dish, a shallow pie dish, or similar serving dish. Dollop the Tzatziki by small spoonfuls over the top, then gently spread to create a new layer.

Scatter the red pepper, cucumber, feta, and olives over the top. Refrigerate until ready to serve, then dip with pita chips, crackers, and sliced veggies as desired.
