NUTELLA STRAWBERRY CREPES
1 C unbleached a wholemeal/whole wheat flour
1 C oat flour, ground oats
2 T coconut palm sugar – or sweetener of choice
1/2 C liquid egg whites
2 whole eggs
2 1/2 C unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp Nutella per crepe
Extra Nutella, melted, to drizzle
Combine crêpe ingredients in a bowl and whisk until batter is smooth and free from lumps http://smartessaywriter.net/. The better will be thin. Pour batter onto the center of the pan while swirling pan to cover the base and creation crepe.
When Golden, flip over. Remove when cooked and repeat with remaining batter. Fill each crêpe with Nutella and strawberries and fold over top with additional Nutella.
