What did you eat for lunch today?

Sometimes experimenting in the kitchen can go either way :).  The majority of the time when you combine ingredients you like,  it will come out tasting pretty dang good!  Check out this yummy experiment that came out pretty dang good!!!  You can also make a few extra and store in the refrigerator to have for another meal.

Mix together 1 can of tuna (drained well and squeeze out any excess liquid), 1 handful of chopped spinach, 3-4 T of egg whites or 1 egg, 1 T almond flour, 1/2 T Dijon mustard, 1/2 T low-sodium BBQ sauce, sea salt, pepper, herbs and spices to your liking.

Form into patties and cook and coconut oil until golden brown then flip onto other side until golden brown www.proessays.biz. You can serve it with lemon or lime wedges.
